Boy, most consumers are just not going to get this.  It’s very confusing unless you are a nerd.  And so consumers will walk away.  To date Apple has done a fairly good job of hiding DRM but they seem to be losing their attention to detail.  I know HDCP is not strictly DRM but the point remains.
